What is it?
Hatha Yoga (All Levels) includes a mixture of traditional Yoga movement styles, Hatha Yoga is designed to improve posture, mobility, flexibility, coordination and strength. Students are invited to be mindful of their body and thoughts during practice and will be taken through a guided relaxation at the end of each class to fully complement the stress relieving benefits of Yoga..
About the class
Yoga is every THURSDAY with Pauline, who is a qualified Yoga instructor with 10 years experience up her sleeves.

About Pauline
Pauline discovered yoga after studying remedial massage 16yrs ago, finding it to be the perfect compliment to offer her clients take home exercises to benefit their conditions. Specialising in women’s yoga after the birth of her first son, teaching pre & post natal yoga. Pauline enjoys teaching smaller classes, offering a more personalised approach to yoga allowing students to gain individualised attention if required.
